Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers

Unique taste and beautiful color

I ordered 1 ounce of the Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers to try since I had heard so much about it. It brews to a lovely blue-greenish color and the addition of lemon changes the color to a pinkish purple. The taste is very subdued and clean. It is both slightly fruity and green. It is somewhat reminiscent of rose petals. It is a soothing tea in the evening. It will be reordered and kept in my tea collection.

I like how there is a woodsy flavor, and of course the color is fun!
