Silver Fortune's Link Necklace

Issues with the design.

I was initially very excited to receive my necklace but after a couple of weeks I have had many issues with it coming undone and falling off my neck during the day or when I would wake up in the morning. If there is any slack on the necklace it can easily come loose. I would recommend reworking this piece for a smaller hole in the jade, different method to clasp it together, or a different chain style because the current rectangular chains often get tangled in odd positions that create more slack when moving around. Disappointed to have these issues at the is price point but I understand it comes with a small business without a lot of feedback or product testing resources.

I've already gotten so many compliments on this necklace after just a week! I love the design and the materials feel high quality as well.
