These are more of a treat than health food, in taste. They are crunchy, sweet, and some of the best protein anything I’ve ever had. 11/10

Great for a quick hit of protein on a busy day

I got a box of these to have on my busy days. They're not overly sweet. The texture reminds me of a cereal bar, which is a good thing for me. And it keeps me full for a couple of hours in the afternoon/evening while I teach.
