Unflavoured Everyday Hydration Salts

Great way to try every flavour

So happy I grabbed these to try, I use the unflavoured tub daily and wanted to try something new. This was a great way to try every flavour and also great to carry around in your bag for on the go!

A staple!

I use 2 scoops of sodii in my drink bottle. I discovered if I choose a sweet flavour alongside the unflavoured one. I can increase my optimal hydration and salt intake by putting in a scoop of unflavoured with a scoop of whatever flavour I feel like at the time.

Absolutely a must for everyone. I Take if after my warm glass of water and my run. Feel very hydrated through the day and body is so appreciative of it. Totally recommend 100%
