Good product but not so good respons mail

We ordered, but was wrong for the phone. Great cover. Wondered if possible to return and change. Got a mail that you will check, but never heard anything after that. Would like a response.

This thing is everything I wanted I love the look and feel of this case its already been knocked out of hand by accident and the protection is better then I expected for a skeletal case the only down side is that is does block the signal slightly which I only really notice in areas with poor reception

The carbon looks great, fits great, feels great, but the blue things look like shredded 5 gum wrappers and don’t match my blue 15 pro max, was depicted darker online and in pics
