I am a newby to wigs so I didn't know what to expect, but once I got it on I was thrilled. (My family said it took 10 years off my face, lol). The fibers are soft and beautiful. The wig hangs exactly like the picture which on me touches my shoulders. It looks like the picture right out of the box. The color was blonder than I anticipated but it looks very good with the gentle rooting. Definitively a good buy
