This is my second purchase from Scribbler and just as with the first, I’m really impressed with the quality construction. It’s wind proof and cozy, and was well tested for its waterproofness in last week’s deluges. The hood adjustment is excellent too. The sizes run large, but I think that’s a good thing with an outer shell layer.
