The sticker is nice and was easy to put up but . . .

The sticker is nice and was easy to put up, but to points to note: 1.The personalized part at the bottom is not part of the whole sticker, you have to plot out and stick each letter individually - bit off a flaff but with decorators tape and a level I got it done. 2. I ordered the 2 x extra recommended bits to stick the crest. It was £5, those two things never arrived. I emailed to ask for a refund a week later and got no reply. I'm not pleased.
