No. 2 Belt

I literally gasped when I removed my No. 2 belt from its lovely packaging. Elegant and robust, it is not only substantial enough to stabilize and uplift every outfit in my curated closet, but allows me to consider an exciting range of new styling possibilities. True to size. I am 5'2'' and have an hourglass shape. I went with a small. I have had this belt for a month and worn it several times. I look forward to my next purchase.

This belt is one of the most beautiful accessories I’ve ever bought, very heavy and sturdy. However, when I received it there was a slight discoloration on the buckle- no problem, things happen. I reached out to customer service who assured me this wasn’t to their standards & agreed to replace my belt but I had to ship it back on my own dime. For something that retails close to $600 (I got in on sale for $360) I was beyond disappointed at the level of customer service- I bought a lux item & had to spend time and my own money to get it replaced. Decided to keep it & avoid the hassle, but wasn’t the experience that i was expecting when an issue arose.
