The 1st cozy nest bed was perfect! Both cats fighting over it. So I ordered another. That one was delivered a couple days ago. Wasn't so perfect at all! The the sizal ball looked as if someone cut it off with scissors, and it was bent and warped so badly it will probably never straighten out. I've already reached out and hopefully you guys already sent me a replacement. Thankyou
