Such a perfect statement earring! So comfy & lightweight, but love that they’re solid 14k so I can wear them without worrying about tarnishing. Will definitely be purchasing more from Park Gems & Roen NYC!

Customer service is completely lacking. Received a used pair of earrings loose in the box with a warped back. When I contacted park gems initially there was no apology - just demanding photos and told me they couldn’t speak to me until I sent the evidence. Finally I sent them photos and their solution was for me to send them back and they would send me a new pair once they received them. Still haven’t received my replacement pair since they decided to send it via a cheaper shipping service this time. Won’t be purchasing from park gems again and would suggest others look elsewhere
