Mislead by customer support

I reached out to customer support before I purchased that and asked if they use the Richardson 355 hat because I know how that fits me. I was told that they make their own but it’s basically the exact same. I then ordered a hat. While the style and materials of the ha seem to be the same, the fit is certainly not. It is bigger and bulkier than the Richardson 355 hat. I’m pretty bummed because the walleye design is awesome, but I have a smaller head and it’s so boxy and bulky fitting that I will probably ever wear it
