VT Leather Flag Mesh hat

Not surprised. But surprised.

I'm not surprised at all by the high quality of the hat that I received, after watching pbd for years I've come to expect nothing less. What was surprising however was the lack of customer service. I ordered a hat that was apparently out of stock, I was unaware of this at the time of the order. After receiving no tracking for weeks I reached out to the team multiple times about my order with no response. Finally after a month I was offered a quick apology and the offer of picking a different hat. None of this was terribly handled just not up to par with the image the company holds

I love the hat that I ordered but wish I came in black…. Black looks good with everything…. Navy does not. The ugly Valutainment hat that came free was ridiculous. I can’t even give it away and I’ve tried. Nobody wants to wear a hat with “Valutainment” on it and in such hideous colors. Heck I’d wear it if it were red or black even with the “Valutainment” word on there. The water bottle is worthless…. Neck opening way too small to easily add ice and the ice you can feed piece by piece e doesn’t last as long as normal double-walled water bottles. It annoys me that you made some big deal out of sending “free things” that are such a disappointment. Just charge less for your overpriced hat and keep your “free stuff”

The quality of this hat is amazing! It looks exactly like it does on the website no surprises. I will buy more in the future
