Jagged Edged Crystal Frame

Product quite nice but looks different to what I ordered. Didn’t get email confirmation until several days later but no order number or information about product I had ordered! I called twice and asked reception for someone to call me re timing of delivery as it was for parents 60 wedding anniversary. No one called me back. Fortunately it arrived in time but no communication from the company. I wouldn’t use again.
