Entelia Private Reserve PDO Kolymvari

First time trying this entelia, loved it,potent without being too bitter or overpowering. Great flavor profile ,brightens up and dish ,I also use it for fresh baked bread with zaatar,goes really well together

First bottle of high quality olive oil I’ve tried and I get it now, won’t be going back to off the shelf stuff anymore! Not sure if I quite get the burn yet, but I use it in a mix. But the taste is excellent.

Intense fragrance and flavor!

This olive oil has intense fragrance and flavor! I eat it soaked on my toasted Ezekiel 4:9 orange label bread. Absolutely devine taste! It is not easy to find an olive oil with this high polyphenol content. I'm so happy I bought two bottles. Probably should have bought more. I already finished one bottle within a month. I will definitely buy more if available!
