Boots: The Colour Out Of Space

Dies ist schon meine zweite Bestellung, ich war das letzte Mal so zufrieden, dass ich mir nochmal ein paar gekauft habe und sogar eines verschenkt habe.

I had emailed the manufacturer a handful of hours after placing my order, explaining that I had given the wrong size and asking if they could make the boots a half size larger just so I would not need to immediately return the boots right after getting them. I did not get a reply until approximately a week later, where I was told that the boots were already being made and that I should just try them on when I get them. I did try the boots on and while they are a little tight, I can wear them without blistering or constant pain. I imagine that with time they will soften and break in, making them more comfortable to wear. I love the boots overall, and I am hoping that I can eventually make them comfortable for long-term wear, but I took off a couple of points for the slow response time - given that this is a custom-made product, it might behoove them to check their email a bit more often to be able to catch these types of mistakes before they start making the shoes.
