Pistachio Chocolate Sablé

I used to hate pistachio with chocolate and now am addicted coz it is dark chocolate and the combo is perfect

Needs Richer Flavor and More Generous Pistachio Filling

I’d suggest increasing the pistachio filling in the sablés, as it felt a bit too thin and sparse. It might also be worth trying a chocolate-based dough instead of vanilla to enhance the flavor. Overall, the sablé tasted somewhat bland and could benefit from a richer, more pronounced taste.
