I placed an order for the 12-ounce cup and expected to receive it by the estimated date based the shipping method I had selected. That ended up not happening. I sent an e-mail in regards to my order never being shipped, and to my surprise, I received a response within 15 min. I received an apology and my order got shipped within 24 hours. I am impressed by how quickly my order’s issue was resolved and how it was handled. Thank you, Tayla, for the excellent customer service! I have used this cup for over a week since receiving it. It does what its description says it does. My drinks remain cold for a long time and I don’t have to deal with condensation because the cup is dual-walled. The lid has a gasket seal that prevents leaks between the lid and the cup. On top of that, the cup is easy to clean and its size is perfect for someone who doesn’t drink large volumes of coffee/matcha. I’m so happy with my purchase and will continue to use it. I love it!
