Atticus Quilt Pattern

Simple quilts full of color

I bought the pattern because I like simple quilts that are successful because of color. I am not ready to start the version with no sashing but am looking forward to doing so. I also buy patterns when I see something I like because I have found they often disappear.

I absolutely LOVE this pattern and couldn’t wait to get started. The directions are so well written. I look at quilts like this and get nervous that maybe I won’t end up with amazing combos like the designer does…but the way you lay out the blocks helps with that a lot. I’m currently working on my second one (made almost entirely out of shirts). This pattern would be perfect for someone making a memory quilt. Thanks for such a great pattern!!

Looking forward to making the Atticus quilt!

I have not had an opportunity to start sewing yet with the Atticus pattern but I am looking forward to making this quilt. I have many patterns from Penelope Handmade and always find them well written and easy to follow.
