nice hats that are easy to embroider

Everything looks great online. In person there is so much potential but most of my Foremost hat purchases just fall short. Wierd bill sizing on some. Shapes or seams that are just a little off...enough to make the hat look just okay in person and not great. This hat has great material, a great bill shape, great colors but the front/sides just arent right. The vertical seams on each side of the bill are just a little funky. I'm very familiar with flat bills. I'm very familiar with unstructured hats. This is just a little off andit keeps it from being a great hat (ps i ordered a variety of color options and all have the same issue). For Foremost's sake, they should just buy some Richardsons and reverse engeneer those to make exact dupes, measurements and all.
