House Of Rags is my go to shop, Yum products are my go to products, UPS delivery however is becoming a complete nightmare. UPS gave me 4 different delivery dates. First date was Saturday 7/11, my purchase was out for delivery and I even had a UPS truck pull up and park in front of my house only to leave with no delivery and then the repeat delivery dates began. It was however finally delivered on 7/14 at 5 PM, this will not stop me from ordering from you guys because you’re awesome but seriously UPS get it together, your hub is only 25 mins from my house.

Arrived on time and undamaged! Product worked as described and was very slick as a drying aid. No protection in the product which is also a plus. Will definitely buy more when back in stock!
