California RN Licensure Renewal Package

I did not like this product for a couple of reasons. The first is there is a glitch in the system where once you get to the end of the lesson you must scroll all the way down until a picture of a check mark appears. Until that checkmark appears is when the site considers the module as complete. This took a while but to figure it out. The second and most important is that some of these module DO NOT have the course ID number required to upload on the BRN Breeze account. I did attempt calling and customer service answered my call in a timely matter but even the representatives had to place a ticket to figure out the problem. I had to figure out how to obtain some extra CE to ensure I had a total of 30. I would not recommend this product nor will I be referring it to others.
