Koala Sofa Bed [4th Gen]

2nd Sofa Bed from Koala. Never a bad decision.

Bought a 2nd Sofa Bed from Koala after 2-3 years of owning my first one. The first one is doing well and hence decided to get a 2nd one. Longer construction for this bed, but the new cushioning is worth it. Would recommend if space is an issue.

Great sofa bed

With exception of long time frame on delivery day, my concerns were dealt with professionally and promptly and we love our new sofa lounge. Special mention to our sales lady Danni at Koala Moorepark. She was amazing.

Not happy

I chose this Sofa bed from Koala because of the amazing reviews. It was supposed to be easy to put together - wrong! The instructions were visual drawings with no explanation. We finally found the tiny QR code by accident which took us to a you tube video. This made it easier but this was after watching out of date you tube videos on social fa beds that didn’t require covers. It was hard to understand what went where especially with the bottom mattress. Plus finally after getting it done (2 1/2 hours) I find the mattress is hard!! I now need to buy a cushioned underlay. Plus it is really low to the floor. This is not for people over 55yrs of age as it’s hard to get up from. I am really not happy with this as a sofa bed. The positives is that it looks fantastic!!
