We really like these umbrellas. Beware if you order the tan color because it's more of a cream/white color. They are really nice umbrellas though. This is the 4th one we've ordered.

Your customer service is horrible. I asked if the product came with a base. I was told yes. Product arrived. No base. Reached out to you via chat. They said some would get back to me. Never heard anything back. Had to buy my own.
