Bought the course and knife for a friend - very good present, both experience and a fabulous knife to keep

Haven't done the class yet, but the knife is nothing short of fantastic

This is my second Katto knife, I now have both the chef's knife and the bread knife, delighted with both. They're beautiful, feel great in the hand, hold an edge well and easy to sharpen. The Equipoise handle is a just brilliant piece of design, beautifully executed. Only a matter of time till I add a nakiri and boning knife to the collection, just a question of which first :-)
