Product is beautiful. Customer service not so great.

The trees are stunning. Very happy with the quality I bought them in Nov. the very next day I got an email that if I spent $250 I would get a complimentary small tree. I emailed customer service ( I spent $900 on the three trees) they said no can’t send you a free gift you were a day early. I asked for them to cancel and I would reorder Again customer service said no. Already at the warehouse. Then a week or so after that you offered free shipping. ( I didn’t get that either). The trees are gorgeous but the service around getting them leaves a lot to be desired.
