PEARL CROSS HOOPS

I received these earrings and although they are beautiful, I immediately knew they would be too heavy for my daughter & I’s ears upon picking them up. Also, the fact that they had ripped through the little card piece they were attached to was another sure sign. The website states free returns for store credit or exchanges within 3 days of delivery. I submitted for an exchange within the time frame and still have yet to get a response as it says the return has been “submitted for approval”. I am extemely dissatisfied as these were not inexpensive in my opinion and the lack of customer service is disheartening.

My earrings arrived so quick and the packaging they came in was soo cute !! The earrings are amazing quality and the perfect size, I love them
