Once out of machining, shipping was quick and the parts were pretty much as expected. I do think some more protective packaging should have been used however. 2 polished lips rubbed through the cardboard that was separating them and now have some light scuffs - nothing crazy but definitely not ideal for new parts. Customer service has been very responsive which was much appreciated.
