Over the phone, twice, a Rep was advised that I wanted to substitute the Sky Blue hat for a Navy Blue hat. He assured me one Navy Blue hat would be shipped. Instead, Two Sky Blue hats were safely delivered. I’ll keep both hats, rather than return one. Wrong color. Very nice hat.
