Our 6.5-pound silver tabby likes to nap under the console table, but she kept sliding off a flat fleece mat. The Pink SnuggleSoft Orthopedic Calming Pet Bed in XS fits the corner nicely without blocking the cabinet doors or the walkway.
The dusty pink plush is very soft, and the thick raised rim gives her a place to rest her chin. I put it on a dry low-pile rug and left it in the same spot for a few days. After a little sniffing and one circle, she kneaded the center, tucked her paws in, and settled against the inner bolster. The bed stayed put while she turned and resettled.
The XS is a good fit for her curled-up naps, but she cannot stretch all the way out without touching the raised edge. A longer cat or a sprawler would need a bigger size. It does collect loose fur along the rim, so I vacuum it before washing the removable cover.
She now chooses it for afternoon naps. The soft pink fabric, cushioned center, and compact size have made it a cozy little spot in the den.

I put this Pink / XS bed in a quiet corner for our 6-pound tortoiseshell cat, and she took to it after a few days. The size works well for her curled-up naps, with a soft raised edge where she can rest her chin. The pink long-pile fabric feels cozy, and the open front lets her step in and keep an eye on the room.
The cover comes off for washing, and the bed is easy to keep on a dry floor. It is a compact size, so it would not give a larger cat much room to stretch, but it suits her small curled-up sleeping style really well.

After our dog comes back from muddy walks, she likes to settle near the mudroom while we clean up, so we put this bed beside the bench. She circles a couple of times before lying down, and the raised edge gives her a place to rest her chin while she watches us. It has become her usual spot for a nap instead of the cold floor.
The plush outside feels soft, and the center has enough cushion for her to curl up comfortably. She has room to turn around and stretch out, though the bed takes up more floor space than a basic mat. It also feels fairly warm, so she may choose a cooler bed on hot afternoons.
The fabric picks up hair and bits of dirt from the entryway, but regular brushing keeps it looking tidy. I follow the care instructions and let it dry fully after cleaning. She sometimes digs at the edge when she is excited, so I check the seams and would not call it chew-proof. For a dog that likes a soft nest, it is a comfortable everyday bed, as long as you have room for it and do not place it in a hot spot.
