I am on day 14 of my new meditation and I am thrilled!
I am on day 14 - 2 weeks into my meditation practice and I am thrilled!! Never thought it would be so easy for me to stay consistent. I would not miss a day {one day I did my meditation right before bed which is not part of the plan!} But every other day I am meditating before breakfast and before dinner! I love the mindful breathing to begin my session and my manifestation to end the session. This format is amazing - and the mantra makes it all so doable. I did skip ahead a bit so I need to go back and listen to the Q&As but I was just so excited to go ahead and start!! Thank you thank you thank you for this profound experience that I have wanted to accomplish for so long!

Ziva Online
I’ve wanted to do the Ziva online training for over 3 years now (being from Canada it is expensive). I caught a great sale in February and I finally did it. I graduated last week! I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to do the timing of the meditations on my own but I am finding that I am very close to the 20 min mark every time I meditate, which amazes me. I am prioritizing my twice a day sittings and look forward to the ‘break’. I’ve noticed my cravings for all things junk food (chocolate, chips, sugar, and fast food) is gone. I find myself seeking out healthier options for snacking and meals - which despite years of trying I have NEVER been able to do before. I can’t wait to see what else will change going forward with my new meditation practice! Thanks so much Emily for creating Ziva and sharing it with the world. 💕
