Yes, I found that it really did reduced my hunger. I was not thinking about food nearly as much. And, I could get thru the afternoon pretty easily, compared to pre-Ozzi use! I am now a subscriber and don't want to go without it!!

I have to admit I complained about the smell and they were so quick to respond!! Refunded one of my bags. I continued with the process and tried a shaker bottle and straw. The taste is great. Smell takes some getting used to. But it is a process. This is a fantastic company.!! The capsules are great.

I like having the option of the capsules for those times when I’ve had plenty of water and don’t need to prepare and drink another 16 ounces at that time.
