UPDATE: customer service made things right - necklace is beautiful

UPDATED: After having sent multiple messages to customer service with no response, I posted a negative review here. I was contacted by the owner of the company who apologized for the glitch and went above and beyond to make things right. They sent out a replacement and a return label for the unwearable one and I'm so glad they did. The necklace is beautiful and I love it! Thank you to Amy Waltz Designs for a great product and a great customer experience.
