SOL Large Glass Pendant Light for Kitchen Island, Dining Room & Modern Interiors

When I first received the light I was very disappointed because the glass was thin and the whole lamp seemed a little fragile. Also the fact that the lamp had three seems as it was produced in three pieces was unexpected. However, I got over the initial shock and hung them in the dining room and entrance. They do have a unique modern yet timeless look. The clear glass has a small visual impact which is good for the small house that they are hung in. The seams are still visible, usually one at a time depending where you are standing but it is not a huge distraction. One word of caution is that they are really hard to keep clean and when the lights are one they show everything. All the negatives are outweighed by their design not easily found somewhere else. If you like the look, go for it.
