Still waiting for this, but I did receive the refurbished laptop that was filthy around the keys and lots of speaker wholes are blocked with who knows what! Their site says they go over it for two days to check everything. I think my purchase was 11 or 12 June and received laptop on 15 June the Monday...

I thought I would try Kaspersky after many years with Norton and it looks to have many interesting features to explore. However I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it does not come with an installed VPN. That is extra.
