Poor customer service
This wand does exactly as it should. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The wand has a wick which requires replacement at some point. The second wick that was in the box was 3/4 of the length of the one that fits in the wand. I have emailed Customer Service twice now and have yet to get a response about getting a replacement wick of the appropriate size to me. Not impressed. Customer service can make or break ya!

Perfect travel companion
I throw this little humidifier into my carry-on bag when I travel so I know I will always have it with me, even if my luggage gets lost. Usable with any vessel filled with water, this is a travel companion I cannot live without.

Innovative
Such a neat product. cup of water and you've got yourself a humidifier. It will leave some condensation around the water source but I'll take it!
