Deity Immortal Gel Eyeliner

This is the eyeliner of my dreams, it's a true lavender color. It's longwearing and you can use it in the waterline. You can also mix it with white to make it lighter. It's easy to work with this formula because it gives you time to apply, perfect and even blend before setting. Its also buidable: you can either put 1 layer for an ethereal look or intensify it with 2 layers.
