I’ve owned a few cold plunges , and this one stands out as the most thoughtfully engineered unit I’ve used. First off, the aesthetics are top-notch. It looks premium, clean, and modern, making it something I’m actually proud to have in my space. The chiller performs phenomenally. Whether I’m heating the water or bringing it down to cold plunge temperatures, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and maintains temperature consistently. One of my favorite features is the ability to control the chiller directly from my phone. Being able to adjust settings remotely is incredibly convenient and makes using the plunge even easier. The filtration system is another huge plus. Having dual filters keeps the water crystal clear and dramatically reduces maintenance. The water stays sparkling clean, which gives me confidence that the system is doing its job. What really impressed me, though, is the attention to detail in the engineering. The vertical tub design is extremely well thought out, and small touches make a huge difference in day-to-day use. For example, the floor of the tub is slightly angled toward the dedicated drain, allowing the water to drain almost completely on its own. That may sound minor, but it’s a game changer when it comes time to clean and maintain the unit. My previous plunge from another company was a headache to drain. I had to disconnect hoses and physically tip the entire tub over just to get the remaining water out. With this setup, draining is quick, simple, and efficient. It’s clear that the designers actually considered the user experience instead of just building another cold plunge. I keep this one at 107 degrees all day long on my balcony, only because I have a unit from another company that I use for cold plunging. The Nordic Viking I keep heated for my contrast therapy rounds. Now that I’ve used the Viking Premier for over a month now I do plan on purchasing another setup in the future! Overall, the combination of premium aesthetics, powerful heating and cooling performance, smartphone controls, dual filtration, easy drainage, and smart engineering makes this one of the best cold plunges I’ve ever owned. Highly recommended.

Great product! Great Customer service! We got everything set up after delivery and watching the tutorial video. Super simple set up, super pumped to get into a lifetime of cold plunging. We waited several years to find the right product. I’m glad we waited. We got something that fits the house and looks really good.

Fantastic product and equally fantastic company. There's plenty of options out there, but there's only a few upright choices of note. This allows me at 6-0 and 200 to submerge fully, but more importantly it allows me to float in a comfortable (and safe feeling) upright position and focus on the birdsong, my spa music, etc without struggling for positional comfort. It is very well insulated so it doesn't sweat AT ALL and it saves money. I cool it from midnight to 6am down to 45 and it's only up to 50-51 in the evening after a hot summer day with no running (it is outdoors but is covered under a deck in the shade, full disclosure). The 1HP elite chiller is the way to go. It will even allow you to go to 32 and form ice on the surface (not my favorite, but was fun to try). I was dumb and didn't have it on chill and heat during the winter and busted the prefilter when it froze. They sent me a new prefilter! And the chiller works perfect after one year. Flawless WiFi app integration so I can turn it on and off as I need. It stays clean and sanitary with the ozone generator(you can see the bubbles on the sides of the tub in the morning like it's carbonated!) and there's no chlorine odor!
