Shipping took MUCH longer than estimated. Engraving was done wrong. Not impressed with customer service overall.

Ordered for my wedding, considering i am based in the UK, delivery was quick and it came pretty much within a week of placing the order! The ring was packaged securely and even came in an amazing box itself, with. care instructions and a cloth. Its a really beautiful ring and I really cannot wait to wear it.
