Very disappointed in the store

I love the jacket fits perfectly that's the main reason I haven't returned it. The store disappointed me big time the jacket arrived without any back protection I emailed and spoke to someone they said it doesn't come with one even though it says in the description that it does then when I pointed out that it says that it does come with one but it's basic again not what is says they didn't offer to replace the jacket just a 5% discount on my next order it's just nice to see they prioritise money over their customers safety I will not be buying anything from them here again who's to say they don't start selling fakes next to make more money
