I often order from Wasabi company wasabi rhizomes and am happy with the products. They didn't have a British one this time, therefore ordered Japanese one, and it was just as good. Fresh one tastes far better than the tube fake wasabi, and I could impress our guests serving sashimi with fresh wasabi.

Fresh wasabi is a great condiment, of course terrific with sushi, it works really well with fish, meats and also in salads. Wish it was more widely available. Once you’ve tasted fresh wasabi there’s no going back to wasabi in tubes.
