Great Machine! Wonderful Customer Service too.

This is the second bedroom machine we have purchased from Pure Living Space. Our first purchase was speedily replaced by PLS when it seemed its motor had been damaged in shipping. The replacement and now our second machine work fantastic. It is soooooo nice and quiet on low. On high - it is a work-horse that acts as a nicely loud sound machine for my kids' naps. It is loud - but medium and low are not loud. I also love the cream color as it blends in. I was sold on Austin Air's bedroom machine after researching how it has been used by government agencies... only needs a new filter after 5+ years... has a carbon filter and a true hepa filter. I feel really good about having these machines in my home. We live near a busy road and live in an older home. Another cool thing about PSL... they sent an email on how to initially use the machine and care for it. I loved that. And their customer service is a living breathing person - Carol Trimmer. So if you have issues like we did with the first, she is on it. Are these machines expensive? Yes. But for my family, the choice made sense.

better rest from cleaner air

I bought this air cleaner to help with a number of health problems, including asthma, allergies, autoimmune issues, and chemical sensitivities. It will take some time to know the long-term benefits, but I do sleep more deeply with this air purifier blowing over my bed. I wake up with less irritation in my chest and I feel more rested. I do think it will help with my body's overall stress level over time since it does seem to be eliminating irritants and calming my system. There was no off-gassing whatsoever, just pure, clean air right from the start. Carol, the owner of Pure Living Space, helped me sort out which air purifier to buy and gave me instructions for using it. She also responded very quickly when the first unit we received was damaged. She even emailed me on a holiday to arrange for the replacement. I will definitely buy from her again whenever I can.

Easy allergy free sleep!!!

We now own 5 of these in 3 houses, and we have gifted 3 to family members. The oldest is 3 years old and has never required more than dusting!! We run them on low 24/7 and allergies decline drastically. If a house has sat empty for a few weeks, the house is fresh smelling, no stale. I bought a competing brand to try in a smaller bedroom since the smaller unit is no longer available, and it just isn’t as good.
