60 Watt A19 Incandescent, E26 Medium Base, 120V-125V (2-Pack) Light Bulb by Sylvania

Several bulbs had the filament detached and one bulb was broken. The box was NOT handled as fragile and was torn amd probabyl the reason ther was unusable bulbs. Perhaps a padded box in addition to the bubble wrap would help?
