I ordered a bulk amount of tumblers for a project. The price was definitely competitive. I was extremely happy with the quality, shipping was quick. My client wasn't happy with the tumbler. I believe they were looking to get out of our deal. That's fine, I don't want my clients unhappy. DIY was extremely easy to deal with on the return and refund. I will 100% use them for future tumbler needs and I highly recommend.
