Glass Strips for Spreading Butterflies and Moths

The sizes were correct and the workmanship was excellent, especially the all important bevel to the edges. They are lightweight, I wished they had gone one thickness heavier. Because these are difficult to manipulate, I cut a wine cork into four sections (crosswise, then lengthwise), and cemented the flat part off-center onto the strips. This provided a good grip for raising and lowering the slides without rubbing them about on the wings.

The order was shipped with care and arrived safely. The package wasn’t late, but the arrive date and details to what was going on in the shipment process were very obscure.
