Higanbana (Spider Lily) Skirt

I love this skirt and shirt set.

The skirt definitely does feel like it is a bit too tight, but I can wear it out with time. Unfortunately only XXS was available for both. Th shirt fits right, I love that it's adjustable. I definitely like where the slits stop at on the skirt so you don't feel super exposed. And all in all this would definitely be something that I would wear in winter. It is heavy so you will heat up in it very quickly. If I had the option I would have sized up with the skirt but kept as an xxs for the shirt. I will say I do not feel comfortable posting a picture of myself in this one as I specifically got this outfit for a date night.

Fabric is thick and decently heavy and lays nicely. I got a size up due to being in between on the size chart and I didnt want a super tight fit. That and its easier to tailor a skirt tighter than put fabric in. I'll need to tailor it about an inch at the waist but thats not an issue. The only issue I really have is that the material texture feels 'cheap' despite the thickness and heaviness of the fabric. Rather than feeling silky it ends up feeling substandard. Makes me worry about it's longevity. Embroidery is amazing and the entire skirt is very well sewn! I got this on a black friday sale and Im still very happy I did. Overall, a very nice, unique skirt that I'm excited to wear

Lily skirt

This is my lifelong favorite flower and I was so happy to see that it was on something so fashionable <3 I bought the top and matching handbag. Absolutely LOVE the whole thing!
