I received my dress in a week after purchasing it in Australia. I’m absolutely thrilled with how gorgeous this dress is and the workmanship involved with it. Customer service (Monki) was prompt and friendly and nothing was too much trouble when I was enquiring about it several months ago and during many emails backwards and forwards working out the correct size for me and details I wanted information about.
