Hair is very tangled

I was extremely excited to receive my package, but I was very disappointed when it arrived. The package was torn apart, and the hair inside was not even secured in a bag—it was just loose. Hair was coming out of the package, and it looked unprofessional and unacceptable. I spent a significant amount of money on this product, and I expected it to arrive in proper condition. Closure was thinner than i expected especially for the price but it served its purpose.
