Dot Sage Cuckoo Clock + Stand

It took a while but I finally received my clock. The first clock is who knows where. So, I contacted Cloudnola and Christian Jimenez assisted by getting another clock shipped. It now chirps on the hour. Thanks Christian!

We love this cuckoo clock! The style is modern and stylish and the little resident bird charming. We had trouble coordinating the bird sound with the nighttime schedule, but a couple of emails to the company quickly solved that problem. They were prompt and courteous. Each hour has a different bird sound and I love the way the bird call "echoes" like it is in a forest. We have 3 parakeets that also love their new "friend".

Design is excellent, but internal assembly was very poor. Cables were disconnected, cuckoo was hanging loose as the screws attaching it inside had come loose with one screw missing altogether. It was clear that there had been glue attached when assembled which had come loose. It took me well over an hour to reconnect cables and reattach cuckoo mechanism and to get it working. As I say the design is excellent but the actual product itself is poor for what it cost. I would also add that I was told I should receive it in early June. Goods did not arrive until 24 July.
