Sturdy!! My department tried to get us badge holders months ago but they kept breaking. This one has held up so far!! Plastic isn’t too thick, but it feels solid. Wish it held two cards (we have to IDs), but that’s no big deal! I just keep the other one nearby. Love it!!!
